How much does it cost to work out at Mid American Fitness?
At Mid American Fitness, we offer numerous payment options to meet your fitness needs and your budget (without contracts or memberships).
- Drop-In Fitness – any class – $12 (excludes workshops and private training)
- Class Passes – in denominations of 8, 10 or 25 classes
- Monthly Unlimited Fitness – pay for unlimited classes, one month at a time (or 30 days from purchase date)
- Monthly Auto Pay – discounted monthly fee for payments billed each month to your credit card
- Unlimited Fitness Session – sign up for a session at a time; sessions range from 16 to 18 weeks (best value)

How do I register?
Log onto MindBodyonline to create your own profile, a log in and a password. This will give you the ability to make class reservations, request appointments and purchase sessions & class passes on line.
May I try a class before enrolling?
All new clients are invited to try a free week on us! We want you to be sure that our studio is just what you’re looking for. Print your free week of fitness class pass now!. A discount of 10% will apply to your first package if you register before your 7 day free week is up!
Who can attend the classes?
Men, women and teens (13 and older) are welcome to attend any class of the fitness, yoga or Pilates classes. No experience is necessary. Progressions are instructed in each class to allow you to ease into the exercise and work at your own pace.
What do I need to wear and bring with me?
For our cardio, sculpt & tone and Zumba classes, clients wear shorts or workout pants with t-shirts, tank tops or athletic fitness tops, socks and shoes. For our yoga and Pilates classes, clothes with stretch seem to work best and exercises are done barefoot. All equipment is provided for you at Mid American Fitness, including exercise mats, all weights, resistance bands and other specialized equipment.
You may want to bring a bottle of water, however, in our main fitness areas, a water fountain or water cooler are provided for clients.
How often should I work out?
Most national guidelines suggest at least 30 minutes of aerobic exercise five times a week. You should first consult your doctor before beginning any exercise program. Once your doctor has confirmed that you are ready to work out, we suggest that you talk with one of our fitness directors so that they may recommend a workout schedule that works for you. This will allow you to enter into the right level of exercise based on your ability, as well as your schedule.
What results can I expect if I exercise?

The staff at Mid American Fitness will be happy to sit down with you and recommend classes that will not only fit your schedule but help you achieve your fitness goals. You may drop in when the studio is open or set up an appointment with one of our fitness directors, Karen or Dana, who are knowledgeable about each class offered at the studio.
