Pilates Mat
Pilates is a series of exercises performed on a mat with emphasis on integrating all the muscles of the body with all movement originating from the core. It is one of the fastest growing forms of exercise in the country. Pilates helps to create long lean muscles, and improves flexibility, balance and muscle control. It also helps to relieve lower back pain by strengthening and stabilizing the core (abs and back) muscles. The studio will supply the mats and any other necessary equipment for a great Pilates experience. This class will provide a safe but challenging workout for the beginner to advanced student.

Zumba!
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance moves that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba can be done by most anyone; burn up to 500 calories in an hour by following simple steps introduced by the instructor. Have fun and dance away the pounds! Benefits: The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

BodyPump ™
BodyPump ™ is a barbell based strength training class that will pump up your fitness level and help change the shape of your body! This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weights inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast! Cardio & Core
Get the best abs ever by burning the fat off your stomach with a calorie blasting cardio workout using both floor and step aerobics for a low impact, but high intensity aerobic class. Core exercises such as planks, crunches and oblique movements will help to tone your entire abdominal area. Benefits: Cardiovascular training for a healthy and strong heart and to burn calories for weight loss or maintenance; core strengthening for abs, back, and deep stabilizing muscles which help flatten your stomach and improve back and spine health.

Circuit Training
Circuit training can be formatted in many different ways. The workout is usually designed into stations that focus on different cardiovascular movements or weight and resistance moves. A variety of equipment is used in this one hour class. Benefits: Circuit training will increase cardiovascular endurance and recovery to help strengthen the heart. Great for burning calories while strengthening muscles, as well as toning the body.

Cardio & Sculpt
Get in shape with Cardio & Sculpt, a perfect combination class of 30 minutes cardiovascular training and 30 minutes of sculpt and tone exercises. Instructor will use a variety of equipment including hand weights, resistance bands, weighted body bars and steps. Benefits: A great combo to improve your cardiovascular system, work on muscle strength, and burn fat through a caloric output during the cardio portion and an improved resting metabolism from improved muscle density and strength.

Sculpt & Tone
Shape and tone your entire body using a variety of fitness equipment including weighted bars, free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls to target various muscle groups. Benefits: Improves strength, balance, and coordination while defining the muscles. Weight bearing exercise is known to increase bone density and help to prevent bone deterioration.

This class combines both the core stability of Pilates with the relaxation of Yoga. The flexibility and dynamic moments of free flowing Yoga mixed with the disciplines of Pilates.

Level 1-2 Yoga
A class for all bodies that links challenging basic Hatha poses with a strong focus on building strength and endurance. Teachers’ choice on flow sequence and intensity level for class. Tone and shape, increase overall vitality, and create a non-reactive practice for a calmer lifestyle.

Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a moving meditation with one movement to one breath that is a faster pace and gets the heart rate up. Because it is gradual and progress is individualized, it can be started at any age. Vinyasa yoga strengthens and stretches the entire body.
