This class fuses classical and contemporary Pilates mat exercises while incorporating the use of the ballet barre. During the Pilates Mat portion of the class, the instructor will lead you through exercises performed on the floor, encouraging the use of your deep stabilizing core muscles. You can expect to be challenged physically and mentally as you work on core strength, flexibility, muscular strength/endurance and correct body alignment.
The Barre portion of the class emphasizes Pilates principles while using isometric exercises and stretches to strengthen legs, tone hips and thighs, improve balance and develop better posture and symmetry though the body. Simple choreography and clear instruction make this an accessible class to beginners and advanced students alike. The studio will supply the mats and any other necessary equipment for a great Pilates experience. Come and enjoy the workout of a dancer and the benefits of Pilates all in one.
Zumba ®
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music with dance moves that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps. Zumba can be done by most anyone; burn up to 500 calories in an hour by following simple steps introduced by the instructor. Have fun and dance away the pounds! Benefits: The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning.

Zumba Toning ®
ZUMBA ® Toning takes your regular ZUMBA class to a whole new level! It combines body-sculpting exercises with high-energy cardio moves to create a calorie-sizzling, muscle-burning dance fitness party. The use of light Toning Sticks will tone your arms, abs and thighs all while adding your own rhythm to the music.
Benefits: Dancing and using weights in the same workout helps cardiovascular and over muscular endurance. It also improves coordination and agility, posture and stabilization including improving joint mobility.
ZBox
This class blends hip dance moves (with a Latin flair) with resistance training techniques and basic boxing moves.

BodyPump ™ is a barbell based strength training class that will pump up your fitness level and help change the shape of your body! Cardio & Core
Get the best abs ever by burning the fat off your stomach with a calorie blasting cardio workout using both floor and step aerobics for a low impact, but high intensity aerobic class. Core exercises such as planks, crunches and oblique movements will help to tone your entire abdominal area.

Core Conditioning
Get the ultimate abs shaping workout through a challenging set of exercises that will help flatten your stomach, tighten your waistline, improve back strength and flexibility, and improve your upper body strength by moving your own body weight through various positions and exercises.
Benefits: Core condition will help tone your abs, strengthen your back and your upperbody.
Cardio & Sculpt
Get in shape with Cardio & Sculpt, a perfect combination class of 30 minutes cardiovascular training and 30 minutes of sculpt and tone exercises. Instructor will use a variety of equipment including hand weights, resistance bands, weighted body bars and steps. Benefits: A great combo to improve your cardiovascular system, work on muscle strength, and burn fat through a caloric output during the cardio portion and an improved resting metabolism from improved muscle density and strength.

Sculpt & Tone
Shape and tone your entire body using a variety of fitness equipment including weighted bars, free weights, resistance bands and exercise balls to target various muscle groups. Benefits: Improves strength, balance, and coordination while defining the muscles. Weight bearing exercise is known to increase bone density and help to prevent bone deterioration.
Hatha Yoga
For all students. Yoga improves muscle tone, strength and stamina. Yoga will also help you increase flexibility, reduce stress and tension, and create more energy. For all bodies, new to practice, after illness, pre or post surgery, coming back to a more active lifestyle.

Slow-Flow Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa is a moving meditation with one movement to one breath that is a faster pace and gets the heart rate up. Because it is gradual and progress is individualized, it can be started at any age. Vinyasa yoga strengthens and stretches the entire body.
