This was my first week. And I must say, I love it! Everyone is so nice and welcoming. I was so nervous at first. But the instructors are so patient with you, and the other ladies in the class are so kind and helpful. I work full time, so I think I will start off with 2 days a week and work my way up. The best part that I absolutely love is it’s only 8 mins from my home. If you are looking for a safe and clean and professional fitness center, Mid American Fitness is your place.💯😊💪🏾

I started at Mid American June 2020 when outdoor workouts were offered and I've been a regular since then due to the welcoming community, variety of classes, and very talented fitness staff.
