Founded in 2002 by studio owner, Karen Blazaitis, Mid American Fitness was created as a wellness community where everyone is welcome. As a small, family-owned fitness studio our goal is to make a positive impact on our community’s well-being. And, we take that commitment personally.

We get to know one another. We support one another. We challenge each other to be the best version of ourselves.

It’s not about how many calories you burn (though, you’ll definitely torch them!) or about how much weight you can lift (but, you will get stronger!). It’s not about how coordinated your exercise outfit is or how long you can hold a plank. It’s about staying active, feeling good, increasing your energy, and making wonderful friendships along the way. We want to help you live life to the fullest and be the best very version of you – one day at a time!
