Is there a membership fee?

We don't have any membership costs or hidden fees.  Simply pay for the workouts you would like to attend (or wellness/nutrition coaching sessions) - that's it!

We offer unlimited fitness packages, class passes, and more!

Should I arrive early for workouts?

For your first, we recommend arriving 10-15 minutes prior to your workout in order to:

  • Check-in at the Welcome Desk
  • Sign the member waiver (if you haven't already online)
  • Get a tour of the studio
  • Get your space set up in class

For subsequent visits, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early so that you can check-in and set up your space in class.

Is there an age requirement?

Client of all ages are welcome!  Our minimum age requirement for group fitness classes is 13 years old.  Those age 13-15 must attend classes with a parent or guardian; ages 16+ can attend alone.

For private, semi-private, and small group training sessions clients must be at least 12 years old.

What should I wear?

We recommend that you wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in:  Moisture-wicking, athletic wear is always a great choice to help you stay dry and comfortable during your workouts.  Also, we encourage you to bring a towel and water bottle.

  • Athletic leggings or shorts
  • Tank tops or t-shirts
  • Clean, dry sneakers
    • During seasons of inclement weather, please wear boots/other shoes to the studio and change into sneakers once you arrive

  • For yoga, barre, and Pilates Reformer workouts, grip socks are recommended

Nope, we're not a gym.  Since opening in 2002, our studio has been a welcoming and inclusive exercise environment where all fitness levels and abilities are supported and encouraged.  We offer a wide variety of class-based workouts (group exercise) as well as Pilates Reformer, and Personal Training, in addition to wellness and nutrition coaching.

Rather than swipe a card to check in, you're greeted by name at our friendly Welcome Desk before heading to your workout.

There are cubbies in each exercise room where you can easily store your belongings while you workout.  And, if you need to change before or after your workout, our restrooms provide a place to do so.
