We recommend that you wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in:  Moisture-wicking, athletic wear is always a great choice to help you stay dry and comfortable during your workouts.  Also, we encourage you to bring a towel and water bottle.

  • Athletic leggings or shorts
  • Tank tops or t-shirts
  • Clean, dry sneakers
    • During seasons of inclement weather, please wear boots/other shoes to the studio and change into sneakers once you arrive

  • For yoga, barre, and Pilates Reformer workouts, grip socks are recommended
