We recommend that you wear clothing that you feel comfortable moving in: Moisture-wicking, athletic wear is always a great choice to help you stay dry and comfortable during your workouts. Also, we encourage you to bring a towel and water bottle.
- Athletic leggings or shorts
- Tank tops or t-shirts
- Clean, dry sneakers
- During seasons of inclement weather, please wear boots/other shoes to the studio and change into sneakers once you arrive
For yoga, barre, and Pilates Reformer workouts, grip socks are recommended
