Wellness Tip: Our Hatha Yoga classes deliver an empowering mind-body workout every week. By combining calming breaths with classic yoga flows, each class builds physical strength, improves flexibility and balance, strengthens back and core muscles, and rejuvenates the mind and spirit. No yoga experience is necessary; modifications are always provided so that everyone can feel confident and empowered through a practice that aligns with their body and goals.
