Berry-Packed High Fiber Smoothie

Are you getting enough fiber in you diet?  This delicious smoothie packs 13g of fiber and is a breeze to make!

Makes 1 servings

Adapted from The Balanced Nutritionist


  • 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
  • 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • Note: If you're using fresh fruit, you'll need a bit less milk.


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
