Berry-Packed High Fiber Smoothie

Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen or fresh mixed berries
- 3/4 cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- Note: If you're using fresh fruit, you'll need a bit less milk.
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth. Enjoy!
