Beth Berk
Beth is a STOTT certified Pilates Reformer instructor with 15 years of experience, and has been involved in fitness industry, overall, for what seems like a lifetime! She always keeps up with the latest fitness trends, and incorporates (or creates) new class formats to ensure that her clients receive a challenging, innovative and rewarding workout. Her goal is to show clients that fitness is about having fun as well as seeing results! When she’s not teaching or taking a Pilates class, she enjoys swimming, taking various fitness classes and spending time with loved ones.
